If you have already bought CalmiCollar, the fastest route is always the seller's own support team, whose address is on your order confirmation email.
Orders are placed and fulfilled on the seller's checkout, operated under the NuumiPet and The Pawesome brands. Your confirmation email, tracking updates, billing statements and refunds all come from that company, not from this website.
The seller offers a 30 day money back guarantee. The window runs from the date you receive the order. To use it, contact the seller's support team within 30 days of delivery and they will arrange a return, a replacement or a full refund. Keep your order confirmation and the product tin until the matter is settled.
The checkout has a "Save big with monthly auto-refill" toggle that is switched on by default. If you left it on, your order is a recurring subscription billed roughly every 28 days. The seller states it can be cancelled at any time. To stop future billing, contact the seller's support team directly and ask them to cancel the recurring order. Do this before the next billing date.
The seller states delivery in 9 to 12 business days. If your order is significantly overdue, contact the seller's support team with your order number.
